Under the Building Drought Resilience in Isiolo County through sustainable livelihoods funded by the European Union, SOMIRENEC conducted a training for enumerators in Kinna ward. The enumerators were to undertake data collection for a case study on “The Role of community participation in influencing provision of security service.”
