Social Ministry Research Network Centre (SOMIRENEC), under the Drought Resilience project for sustainable livelihoods in Isiolo County, in partnership with the National Government, Office of the Assistant County Commissioner (ACC), Community Representatives and National Police Reservists (NPR), conducted a Peace Forum in Ngaremara Division to initiate a process of lobbying the Government to put up a police station/post in Ngaremara in order to boost security operations, Peace and development. The Community Representatives have developed a memorandum that will be presented to the National Government through the office of the County Commissioner so as to fast track the process.
