SOMIRENEC in partnership with ACC and Chiefs Kinna – Isiolo North Sub-county, held a two day training for the NASOLE Women Cooperative Society on Peace Building and Gender Roles in Conflict Management. The training aimed at strengthening the capacities of its members at the Cooperative level on how to manage and handle conflicts so as to have unity of purpose whilst undertaking their roles and duties.
Members gained Peace building skills and values that will help them mitigate gender based violence at household and community levels. these will also help them to participate in making informed decisions pertaining Peace and security needs.
