SOMIRENEC in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, through the Deputy County Commissioner (DCC) Merti Sub-County and Security Team , held a Peace meeting with Peace Committee in Cherab Division Isiolo County. The meeting brought together representatives from Yamicha, Bassa, Korbesa, Malkagala and martaba locations.
Peace Committee members resolved to work in unity to foster Peaceful coexistence among communities and support Peace missions to neighboring communities of Samburu, Wajir and Meru.
