SOMIRENEC under the Ustahimilivu project funded by European Union trained reformed warriors on peace building at Marich in West Pokot County. The warriors drawn from Pellow and Masol conservancies were equipped with knowledge on their roles as reformed warriors in ensuring that there is sustainable peace internally and across the borders of Turkan, Baringo and Elgeyo Marakwet. They expressed positivity in promoting peaceful coexistence and building cohesion in the community.
