Location of intervention: Nairobi and Kajiado counties

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. The schools around the world project is designed to support vulnerable and orphaned children from the informal settlements of Nairobi and Kajiado counties. The project aims to facilitate school going children from poor backgrounds to access quality education through the provision of textbooks and other education kits for both learners and teachers, support with sports equipment and attires, provision of scholarships to both primary school and college students, capacity building for teachers, provision and supply of dignity kits to teen girls and promoting health and life skills to the pupils, hence leading to an increase in school enrollment and decrease in school dropout rates in Nairobi and Kajiado counties.
